Fine chocolate makers are popping up all over the globe as part of the growing bean-to-bar movement. Each month we import new chocolate, and we select the best to sell online. Our subscribers look forward to the moment they receive their box every month, pouring over the details as they enjoy. Every subscriber receives our our custom designed Chocolate Tasting Notebook to take notes on their bars while trying them out each month. Tasting course subscribers also get a copy of our flavour identification map.
