Cuvée Noir tells with most eloquence the story of blending cocoa from terrains and climates as diverse as Brazil, Nicaragua and the Solomon Islands into perfect harmony.

Although quite masculine and bold in its appearance at first, it unfolds into a composition of dried fruit and toasted almonds with such ease, you will have to remind yourself that you are tasting what is indeed an 80% chocolate.

Based in Victoria, Australia, Cuvée Chocolate create perfectly blended and balanced chocolate, hence the name Cuvée, which is associated with particular blends of grapes in the world of champagne.
