Another great addition to Pump Street's bakery bars; a chunky, malty amalgamation of bread pieces and sweet toffee-ish white chocolate. Inspired by the English tradition for brown bread ice cream, this unique white chocolate has an incredible biscuity taste and texture that is hard to stop eating!

The cocoa butter for this bar is made in-house on Pump Street's own cocoa press, using Samuel von Rutte's Ecuadorian cocoa beans from Hacienda Limon.

Pump Street is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast in the UK. After mastering naturally-leavened bread, they ventured into making chocolate from beans they import directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world.


Ingredients: cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, breadcrumbs (wheat), cocoa powder, sea salt
