Based in Dunedin, New Zealand, OCHO makes high quality craft chocolate from scratch using cacao from the Pacific region. They don’t blend any of their chocolate, so each batch is fully traceable back to the farmer co-operative where the beans were grown. This is some of the most ethical and sustainable chocolate produced in New Zealand.
