OCHO (Otago Chocolate Company) was started by Liz Rowe, a former artist and journalist who now finds her life consumed by a passion for chocolate.
Based in Dunedin, New Zealand, they make high quality craft chocolate from scratch using cacao from the pacific region. The beans are roasted and processed in small batches so some variations are possible from batch to batch. They don’t blend any of their chocolate, so each batch is fully traceable back to the farmer co-operative where the beans were grown.
