Sirene bean to bar chocolate

Based in Victoria, Canada, Sirene Chocolate is created by Taylor Kennedy, a former photo-journalist for National Geographic. Taylor has a direct trade relationship with the farmers he sources cacao from and creates chocolate that passionately expresses the distinctive flavours of these beans. His complex technique is apparently 'more art than science' and, although Sirene is a very small scale producer, we believe this is some of the best chocolate in the world. 

If you like sea salt in your chocolate, you won't find better than Sirene's Fleur de Sel. One of our absolute favourites!
