The Chanchamayo 63% chocolate impresses with its balanced taste. It is refreshing and fruity with aromas of mango, pineapple and citrus fruits as well as gentle hints of honey. The finish is with notes of red berries and wood.
The cocoa beans used for this bar were organically grown in Chanchamayo Province, Peru, in the hilly area of the Andes at an altitude of up to 30m.

The A. Morin chocolate factory has produced the finest French chocolate in the heart of the Drôme Provençale since 1884, passing through four generations of father to son. It is now run by Franck Morin, who brings the traditional chocolate maker into the contemporary chocolate scene. Chocolaterie A. Morin directly source its cacao from fine-flavour origins and is often found combining flavours picked from its back garden into its handcrafted chocolate.
