This bar is bursting with macerated amarena cherries, candied orange (made in-house), raisins, Christmas-spiced brandy made by their friends Bass and Flinders Distillery, all encased within their 42% Soleo Milk Chocolate.

The 42% Soleo Milk Chocolate itself is a triumph of culinary delight, made with fabulous Makira Gold beans from the Solomon Islands, fermented and dried under the supervision of one man, Lenard Nahurua.
