This is Dick Taylor's version of the perfect chocolate peanut butter cup! Using their 55% dark chocolate, we combined nutty, Brazilian cacao and delicious peanut butter powder, made from freshly roasted peanuts. The result is a bar that is silky smooth, both sweet and savory, and undeniably decadent!

The farms' current goal is to supply chocolate makers around world with the highest quality organic cacao from Brazil. To meet their goal, in 2013 the Carvalho brothers and Jack Bell, who is the son-in-law of Arthur Carvalho, partnered to establish Cacao Bahia as the exclusive global sales and marketing arm of the farm.

Cacao Bahia enables the farm to work and interact directly with the world’s top craft chocolate makers who value the farm’s commitment to producing the highest quality and most consistent cacao in the world while also enabling the farm to command premium pricing for its cacao.

Maker

Using the finest cacao and traditional European techniques, all of their chocolate is carefully crafted from the bean in their small factory in Northern California.
