When licorice and caramel are combined they create a marvellously unexpected flavour bomb. Hogarth caramelised white chocolate before adding pure licorice, and the result is unbelievably good.

Hogarth hunted the globe looking for the right licorice to use, bringing in samples from China, India, Iran before finally finding gold in Italy. The licorice used in this bar is from the oldest licorice factory in the world - Amarelli Liquirizia who opened their doors in 1791.

The journey started with rich sweet caramel slowly morphing into lingering black licorice, the flavour lasts, and will bring you back for more... Devilish!
