Marou crafts all of their chocolate in Saigon using purely Vietnamese ingredients of the highest quality. If you haven’t been following Marou’s single-origin efforts, they produce rare and delicate dark chocolate bars featuring cacao from several different provinces of Vietnam. Each of these bars offer a flavour journey utterly unique to that province. This micro batch’s beans were cultivated in hilly woodland at the edge of the Vietnamese Central Highlands between Madagul and Dao Loc.
