OCHO stands for Otago Chocolate, and OCHO was born from the ashes of the Cadbury chocolate factory in Dunedin. After a successful crowd-funding campaign OCHO was born, relaunching the factory as a locally owned bean-to-bar fine chocolate maker. They pride themselves on producing high quality bean-to-bar chocolate with cacao sourced from across the Pacific, and they’re proud to represent Otago.
