This ultra rare 'Piura Blanco' or white cacao was recently rediscovered in the foothills of the Peruvian Andes in Piura, Peru's coastal desert. Equally as impressive is having the absolute distinction of being the genetic variety Porcelana, arguably the most highly sought after of the Theobroma cacao varieties. Porcelana is widely regarded as producing the most delicious chocolate, but you should really decide for yourself.
