The Chocolate Bar
The name of this event has three meanings. Firstly, it acknowledges that chocolate's most important ingredient is cacao, and that the chocolate we'll be tasting has cacao as the central focus. Secondly, it lets you know that all of the chocolate we'll be tasting is dairy-free and vegan, in keeping with Hillside's recent move to a plant-focussed and meat-free menu. Lastly, it indicates that the chocolate we'll be tasting uses additional natural ingredients in a unique way, whether it be fruit, nuts, flowers, spices or any number of unusual inclusions.
We look forward to introducing you to ten of the highest quality and most ethical chocolates in the world, whilst explaining the ethos behind the craft chocolate movement.
