Inspired by the high mountain deserts of Southern Utah, Ritual Chocolate combined oat milk white chocolate, chili beak oil, and crystallized ginger to create a beautiful sandstone colored chocolate with a kick of summer heat.

Their partnered with friends at Chili Beak in Salt Lake City, to source their Original Spicy Roast Chili Oil which is a blend of Chile de Arbol, Guajillo & Chipotle peppers.

A truly unique bar unlike any others we've come across, Desert Sands has become a favorite among the Ritual Chocolate team as well as us here at The Chocolate Bar. The light creaminess of the white chocolate, with chewy ginger pieces and chili heat, makes this the perfect treat to enjoy with a sunkissed glow after a long day of hiking.
