This creamy milk chocolate delivers lively notes of red stone fruit from the Tanzanian cacao, complemented by Fresh As New Zealand strawberries.
The strawberries are stone-ground with the cacao in the early stages of the chocolate making process, and are also sprinkled on the back of the bar, giving a fresh fruity zing.
The outstanding organic cacao used in this bar is farmed by a collection of smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania.
Shirl + Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing their chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in their little factory. They hope you enjoy every mouthful.
