This bar delivers notes of red stone fruit (think cherries and plums) with a smooth layered finish. We think it’s a delicious expression of the Kilombero Valley region.
Shirl + Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing their chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in their little factory.

The outstanding organic cacao used in this bar is farmed by a collection of smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania.
Predominantly a classic Trinitario (Amelonado x Criollo), with the slight presence of Neo-Nacional. (source)
