This limited edition espresso bar is the product of a shared commitment to the planet and its people. Both the cacao and coffee used in this bar are ethically sourced and have a truly transparent supply chain – from bean-to-bar and crop-to-cup.
With notes of caramel and spice, Kōkako's Mahana coffee is complemented by the characteristic layers of red stone fruit expressed in their Kilombero Valley Cacao.
Shirl + Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing their chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in their little factory. They hope you enjoy every mouthful.

The outstanding organic cacao used in this bar is farmed by a collective of smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania.
Predominantly a classic Trinitario (Amelonado x Criollo), with the slight presence of Neo-Nacional. (source)
