This bar uses a beautiful Peruvian cacao that grows along the Ucayali River in the Amazon jungle. Expect a journey from bass to treble as we start with deep notes of brown sugar and toffee, leading into a fruity explosion of raspberry, strawberry and citrus.
Single estate cacao.
Ucayali River, Amazon Jungle, Peru.
Mostly Trinitario clones (ICS-1, ICS-39, ICS-95, TSH-565), with locally selected cultivars and older seedlings of native Peruvian origin.
Cacao beans, organic cane sugar.
