To celebrate Spring and Mother's Day, Solkiki have created a white chocolate with umeboshi salt-pickled cherry blossom laying on a creamy bed of vibrant Sakura Leaf.
They use Japanese Sakura Cherry blossoms, salt-pickled at origin with a gorgeous rich and deep and mellow and authentic cherry blossom flavour.
Blossoms are edible and a downright delicious treat for the senses. Stems too!
