72% cocoa - all from a single plantation on the island of Malekula, Vanuatu.

Produced in very small batches by Luke and Thea Spencer in Mudgee, New South Wales.

Deep flavours of tobacco, toffee and malt with a light touch of tropical fruit underneath.

Ingredients: cocoa mass (Vanuatu), cocoa butter, raw sugar.

Soy, gluten and dairy free (although processed with the same machinery as milk chocolate.)
