The cacao for this bar was grown in the lush Sambirano Valley, Madagascar, on the family estate of famed chocolate producer and plantation owner Bertil Åkesson. Typically Sambirano chocolate brings flavours of red fruit and citrus to the palette along with layer upon layer of nuance that is always interesting and intriguing.
With the collaboration of two big names of bean to bar chocolate, Standout and Åkesson, as well as their high standard of care from start to finish, you can be sure that you'll enjoy the results of their labour.
