Zokoko source the finest cacao beans directly from farmers, also working closely alongside them through the drying and fermentation stages to learn about the beans and ensure they embrace the distinct flavours and nuances of each region.

Based in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia, Zokoko use traditional artisan methods and machinery to produce truly unique chocolate.
