In the heat and humidity of Western Uganda, 1,002 smallholder farmers are producing extraordinary organic cacao that results in this dreamy and delightfully playful chocolate.

While Semuliki Forest, Uganda evokes notes of fluffy marshmallow, berries & cream and toasted almonds, it’s simply the cacao’s origin talking – plus organic cane sugar and Foundry's obsession for preserving the flavours of provenance.

Made with just two ingredients - organic cacao beans and organic cane sugar.

My favorite chocolate

Ordered from this supplier because it sold out at my usual place (I probably ate them all). Vanuatu is also amazing. It has this creaminess like milk chocolate and a flavor so smooth you feel satisfied after just one or two pieces. It has no bitterness at all.
