67% dark chocolate made in Vietnam with the finest Vietnamese cacao. The cacao nibs are soaked in glutinous rice wine (Vietnamese sake) for three months before they are transformed into chocolate. The flavour is very unique, with delicious malt, caramel and floral notes. A truly unique bar with an irresistibly smooth texture.
